The brief was to design an engaging workspace for their Corporate Banking and Investment Banking Teams. The space should be designed to attract and retain top talent and enable as many varied work settings as possible.

They were looking to shift from their traditional office spaces, to a modern flex office approach. A big concern was how employees would engage with the space, and making sure it was clear what the different zones were & how to use them. We developed a series of simple behaviour cues to solve this.

The building had some unique architectural features. We worked closely with fabricators to develop custom seating and joinery pieces throughout the space.
