The brief was to design a vibrant and engaging workspace for their Corporate Banking and Investment Banking Teams. The space should be designed to attract and retain top talent and enable as many varied work settings as possible.

The design incorporated a large, central 'chill zone' where employees could go to relax and socialise between work sessions. Their analysts often work late into the evening and on weekends, so this area was a key area of concentration to help build a positive culture.

It was important the space could double up as 'chill spaces' but also, 'heads down' areas for people that wanted a different work environment. The furniture pieces were carefully selected to meet this brief, whilst also complimenting the branding and feature artwork used through the space.

Branding and dressing were a huge part of this project and bringing identity to the space. Feature digital artwork was created by an international artist to create a feature space in the central kitchen area. And brand graphics were used throughout the space through artwork, manifestations and wayfinding to further bring the space to life.
